Join me on the first Saturday of the month for the FREE "Walk with the Trainer" at Huff-N-puff Trail accross from the High School on Shelton Springs Road, just 3 minutes from Wal-Mart in Shelton. We will start at 9:00 am and walk for about 45 - 50 minutes. Please bring "Friendly" dogs or alert me to the possibility of problems beforehand. This is a FREE walk. It is your opportunity to socialize, exercise and ask questions or just chat it up with old friends and new friends!
